We are pleased to invite contributions for the upcoming book titled "Immunotherapy and Cancer: Mechanism and Clinical Advances", which will provide a comprehensive overview of cancer immunotherapy. Spanning the molecular, cellular, clinical, and translational dimensions of immunotherapy, it focuses particularly on its application in solid and hematological malignancies. The book will cover the following aspects:

  • Fundamentals of Tumor Immunology: Immune surveillance and mechanisms of immune evasion by cancer cells.
  • Therapeutic Strategies: Insights into checkpoint inhibitors (e.g., PD-1/PD-L1, CTLA-4), monoclonal antibodies, cytokine-based therapies, and adoptive cell therapies (CAR-T, TCR-T).
  • Cancer Vaccines: Emphasis on mRNA-based vaccine platforms, tumor-specific splice variants, and neoantigen discovery for personalized immunotherapy.
  • Tumor Microenvironment (TME): Role of stromal cells, immune suppressor networks, and strategies to overcome TME-mediated resistance.
  • Biomarkers and Precision Immunotherapy: Exploration of predictive, prognostic, and response biomarkers to guide personalized treatment regimens.
  • Clinical Perspectives: Overview of ongoing and landmark clinical trials, regulatory challenges, and real-world implementation of immunotherapeutics.
  • Emerging Tools: Inclusion of bioinformatics, AI/ML-based neoantigen prediction, and systems immunology in immunotherapy research and design.

Important dates:

  • Proposal submission deadline: 15-11-2025.
